Neal A. Pann, Architect
Founded in 2009, Neal A. Pann, Architect creates inspired and thoughtful spaces by promoting a collaborative design process. The work, even at the most modest scale, is characterized by simple forms, distinct materials and an attention to detail.
Principal, Neal Pann is an alumnus of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California with over 20 years of architectural experience in the design of residential and commercial projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a licensed architect and a LEED Accredited Professional that has worked on a variety of residential project types from single to multifamily homes plus commercial tenant improvements and forward planning (final maps, improvement plans, landscape and architectural approvals) plus the design and construction of his own house.
In addition to practicing architecture, Neal is involved in the local community as a member of City of Livermore’s Planning Commission, and is formerly a member of Livermore’s Historic Preservation Commission. He also created and is co-host of the Archispeak Podcast. Neal is concerned with built environment and how it informs and influences our everyday lives.
